Hempseed

The hempseed is a complete source of protein. Packed with 33 to 37 percent protein, raw hempseed is one of nature’s richest sources of complete protein. The oil from hempseed has the highest percentage of essential fatty acids compared to any other seed, and typically contains over twenty trace minerals. It contains all the essential amino acids and essential fatty acids necessary to meet healthy human nutritional needs.

Hempseed are great as a snack, sprinkled on salads, and blend well in smoothies. Also goes good on salads as a topper.  I like using Hemp, cacao nibs and goji berries as a trail mix.
